1. Services

niio ("we", "us") provides web design, web development, mobile application development, and custom software services. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All work produced by niio remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for the final deliverables transfer to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary materials (content, assets, credentials) required to complete the project.

4. Payment

Projects require a deposit before work begins. Final payment is due before the final deliverables are handed over. Late payments may incur interest at 0.05% per day.

5. Limitation of Liability

niio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bratislava, Slovakia.
